Dan is a Principal and Founder and serves clients as a Portfolio Manager. He is a member of Vigilant’s Executive Committee and Investment Policy Committee. Prior to founding Vigilant, Dan was a Vice President in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. He advised corporations on a broad range of transactions, including public equity and debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Dan received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Boston College where he was Co-Captain of the golf team. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Golf Association and the McDonough Scholarship Foundation. He has previously served on the national Schwab Advisor Services Advisory Board and as chair of the board of the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire. Dan lives in Stratham, NH with his wife, Amy, and their daughters, Madeline and Eiley.
